Voluntary Physical Office Closure

Back to blog feed

As always, the well-being of our staff members, trustees, supporters, and community members, is at the forefront of our minds and hearts.

In observance of the ever-changing complexities and challenges related to the COVID-19 virus, we have implemented a voluntary physical closure of the Palmer Land Trust office, beginning Monday, March 16. Our regular business hours will remain Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and staff will work remotely and be available by phone and email.

Even as we take these precautions, the work of conservation in our region continues. Please don’t hesitate to contact us via email or phone with any of your questions. Our staff contact list is provided below. As a reminder, our Women in Conservation event scheduled for April 15, and all other events, are postponed until further notice.

Thank you for your understanding as we navigate the circumstances of this event.  We are grateful for our community and hope that you enjoy the extra time at home with family.

Are you looking for safe and healthy activities to do while at home with your children, or even for yourself, during this time of recommended social distancing? We suggest downloading Generation Wild's list of "100 Things to Do Before You're 12" (or while you are social distancing), created by Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO). There are a few things on the list you might not be able to do right now, but otherwise, get outside and have some nature-based fun!
