As Colorado grows, protecting what makes our home special is vital.
Join us in conserving the land and water that unite us.
Mirasol, Looking at the Sun, will have its debut in Denver at the CSU Spur Center on September 18. Directed by award-winning filmmaker Ben Knight and produced by Palmer Land Conservancy, this groundbreaking documentary film challenges us to think about land and water use in the West by sharing an intimate portrait of a rural farming community in Pueblo, Colorado, as they fight to protect their water, land, and way of life.
This unique Denver event will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by welcome remarks with Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser and the film screening and an on-stage panel discussion with film subjects and industry leaders.
