You’re invited to the Colorado Springs premiere of MIRASOL, Looking at the Sun, a documentary film directed by acclaimed filmmaker Ben Knight. Presented and produced by Palmer Land Conservancy.
In this poignant new film, award-winning filmmaker Ben Knight challenges us to think about land and water use in the West through an intimate portrait of a rural farming community in Pueblo, Colorado, as they fight to protect their water, land, and way of life.

The evening will feature a screening of MIRASOL, followed by a panel discussion featuring the director Ben Knight. Delight in the rich flavors of a locally sourced Hispanic-Italian fusion menu curated by Chef Ed Salazar during the opening reception, followed by dessert and cocktails during the after-party and live Latin Jazz by Nube Nueve. A special opportunity to support Palmer Land Conservancy will close the evening.
