Bear Creek Volunteer Day
Join Palmer Land Conservancy alongside staff and students from Colorado College for a clean-up day at Bear Creek Regional Park, a Palmer-protected property. Enjoy a fresh perspective with expert insights into the conservation of the park as we come together for a hike to clean up trash and beautify our shared open space. Palmer will provide gloves, trash bags and all the necessary equipment, as well as a pizza lunch and snacks.
We will have two volunteer sessions for the day—a morning session from 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and an afternoon session from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. Please indicate which session you would prefer to attend or sign up for both!
Got a four-legged friend that you'd like to bring along? Well-behaved and socialized dogs are welcome to join this event! Please keep your dog on a leash for the duration of the clean up (except in designated areas).
