Mesa Valley Wildlife Preserve Pollinator Project

This fall, while the grasses go golden and the air turns crisp, you'll be planting the seeds of something new: milkweed and wildflowers that will paint Mesa Valley Wildlife Preserve in color come spring.

In collaboration with Restored Lands, we invite you to help create pollinator habitat at Mesa Valley to support Monarch butterflies and other pollinators. The seeds you put in the ground this fall will bloom into pollinator habitat next spring—a living legacy you helped create.

Monarch butterflies are in steep decline across North America, and every patch of habitat matters. Mesa Valley is already a quiet refuge in the heart of Colorado Springs. Together, we're making it a little more colorful, a little more alive.
